RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. If you receive an item that you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within 30 days for a refund to your original tender (30 days from the time you receive the order). In the case that you are not completely satisfied, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept the refund for the reason of delivery failure due to incorrect delivery address, absence or unreachable contact number, wrong postal code, or any missing information provided for the shipping address.
Due to the escalation of porch pirates/thefts we are not responsible for the package stolen/broken after delivery. If you have not received your item, in this instance YOU will need to file a claim with the postal service. If this is something you have had happened or are worried about please have items shipped to a secure location such as your work address or your post office or Fed Ex office to be picked up.
To return your product, contact us by providing your order number and reason for returning. We will send you the return address if the request was accepted. If you choose to return the item(s) before 30 days, simply return the product back to us in its original condition and packaging. Once the product arrives back at our warehouse and is inspected, we will issue a full return. Shipping costs of returning are non-refundable.
Not return for:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is required a return more than 30 days after delivery
